Is there a minimum group size for IV treatments at events?
There is no strict minimum, but we offer special pricing and benefits for groups of 4 or more. For larger events or parties, we suggest booking as early as possible to ensure adequate staff and supplies.
Can we add more people to our group after the appointment is confirmed?
Yes, additional guests can be added to your group after the appointment has been confirmed, depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to check for available spots.
Can we add guests on the day of the appointment?
Adding guests on the day of the appointment is subject to availability of both staff and supplies. While we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute additions, we recommend informing us ahead of time to ensure we can provide the best service to all members of your group.
What happens if our group falls below the 4-person minimum?
If your group falls below the 4-person minimum, your appointment will still be honored, but the pricing will be adjusted to reflect individual rates instead of the group discount. Additionally, travel fees may apply if the location is outside our standard service radius. We encourage confirming group participation ahead of time to avoid any changes in pricing.
What areas do you serve?
IV League Hydration serves clients in the Central Florida area within a 30-mile radius of zip code 32835 for individual services and up to 50 miles for group events of 4 or more. If you’re located outside this area, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment through our website or by calling our office. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for group treatments or events. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.
Can I reschedule my appointment if I need to?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment, but it must be done at least 2 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a $50 travel fee. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our team, and while we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that alternative time slots may not be guaranteed.
Do you offer group rates?
Absolutely! We offer special group rates for parties of 4 or more. Our team can accommodate larger groups for events like bridal parties, athletic events, or group wellness days. Reach out to us for more information on pricing and availability.
What if a member of my group decides not to get treatment or is a No-Show on the day of the event?
We understand that plans can change. For groups of 5 or more, we allow the cancellation of one person, who may reschedule their infusion at a later date by covering the group rate discount difference. Any additional cancellations or no-shows will not be refundable. If your location is over 35 miles from zip code 32825, an additional fee may apply for completing the rescheduled infusion. To avoid any issues, we encourage all group members to confirm their participation in advance.

What should I expect during my infusion appointment?
Once our specialist arrives, they will set up their equipment and begin by locating an optimal vein for the IV line.
You’ll be comfortably seated or reclined. The nurse will carefully insert the IV catheter and begin administering your chosen infusion.

During the infusion, you’ll be monitored to ensure everything is going smoothly, and you’re free to relax, read, or listen to music.
How often can I receive an IV infusion?
The frequency of IV treatments depends on your health goals and needs. While some clients benefit from weekly treatments, others may prefer bi-weekly or monthly sessions. Our specialists can recommend a schedule that’s best for you, however some infusions can be given more frequently.
What does the nurse do while the treatment is being administered?
During the infusion, the nurse will monitor you to ensure you’re comfortable and the treatment is proceeding safely.
They will periodically check your vital signs, the IV flow, and make sure there are no complications with the catheter.
The nurse will be available to answer any questions and adjust the flow of the infusion as needed. You can relax, ask questions, or simply enjoy the experience while knowing you’re in good hands.
Do you offer any add-ons or enhancements?

Is IV therapy safe?

Who is not a candidate for our mobile IV Hydration Infusions?
Mobile IV hydration therapy are not be suitable for individuals with kidney disease or that are on dialysis, history of congestive heart failure, edema, uncontrolled bleeding or Hemophilia, liver disease, allergies to IV ingredients, certain medical conditions, or severe dehydration requiring hospital care. We also do not treat women who are pregnant or breast feeding and minors under 18 years old.
Do I need a consultation before my first IV treatment?
No formal consultation is required, but our nurses will review your health history and wellness goals before beginning treatment to ensure you receive the best possible care. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it’s important to let us know during this review.
Who administers the IV infusions?
All infusions are administered by licensed medical professionals, including registered nurses and paramedics, trained in IV therapy.
Are there any side effects of IV therapy?
IV therapy is generally well-tolerated. Some clients may experience mild side effects such as bruising or soreness at the injection site. Serious side effects are rare but can include allergic reactions. Our team monitors you throughout the process to ensure your comfort and safety.
What if the nurse cannot access my vein after multiple attempts?
In rare cases, if we are unable to access a vein after 3 attempts, we will pause the infusion process.
To help avoid this, we recommend staying well-hydrated before your appointment, as dehydration can make vein access more difficult.
If vein access is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge, or the client may request a refund.
What happens if I have an allergic or adverse reaction during my infusion?
Our staff is trained to handle allergic or adverse reactions. If you experience symptoms such as rash, itching, shortness of breath, or any discomfort, the infusion will be stopped immediately.
We carry antihistamines and other necessary emergency medications, and we will monitor your condition closely.
If needed, we will recommend further medical intervention or emergency services.
Can I eat or drink during my treatment?
Yes, you can drink water or have a light snack during your infusion. Staying hydrated is always encouraged, and it can even help the infusion process. However, avoid heavy meals or alcohol during and immediately after your treatment.
